Job summary

Airbyte is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager. Remote from Toronto, supporting East Coast Time. You will lead technical projects, guide customers, and collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM to ensure successful onboarding and growth for enterprise clients.

You will use deep Kubernetes skills, data-engineering knowledge, and AI framework experience to deliver seamless integrations and advocate for customers across the Airbyte platform.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Deep, hands-on Kubernetes experience in production.
• 2+ years in a startup environment (data infra preferred).
• Hands-on experience with one or more AI frameworks.
• Exposure to AI agent frameworks and prompt engineering is a plus.
• Proven track record of supporting products that impact productivity.
• Exceptional customer orientation and onboarding focus.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute impactful customer technical projects, including implementation and deployment of Airbyte solutions.
• Guide customers through their journey with hands-on support when needed.
• Troubleshoot production Kubernetes workloads, networking, storage, and resources.
• Diagnose data platforms with SQL, CDC, replication, and data synchronization concepts.
• Troubleshoot REST APIs, auth methods, webhooks, and JSON integrations.
• Advise customers on integrating LLM-based tooling with Airbyte connectors.
• Collaborate with customers' technical teams to tailor solutions.
• Coordinate with GTM, Product, and Engineering to improve onboarding and growth.
• Act as brand ambassador and evangelist for Airbyte's modern AI data stacks.
