Job summary

Mariner Co is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for the New Brunswick region. You will lead complex technology projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes risk management, stakeholder communications, and organizational change initiatives within a hybrid/onsite work model. 10+ years in PM and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience on large projects.
• Experience delivering written and verbal communications to executive stakeholders.
• 5+ years as a project manager with multiple stakeholder communities.
• Strong understanding of consulting processes and organizational change management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical, management, and executive audiences.
• Experience in client-based consulting is highly desirable.
• Hybrid or onsite work model is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and oversee implementation of complex client-based projects.
• Identify milestones, CSFs, and resource requirements.
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Engage stakeholders regularly and manage expectations on deliverables.
• Lead transformations involving business or technology change.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors to deliver projects on plan.
• Manage budgets and align deliverables with business benefits.
• Negotiate changes in scope, budget, or schedule with sponsors.
• Provide leadership to Project Management and Delivery teams.
• Analyze and solve project-related issues as needed.
