Job summary

TD Securities is seeking a Senior Technology Manager to lead the On-Chain Orchestration and Integration Service Layers for the Tokenized Deposits Core Platform. You will drive delivery, reliability, and scale for strategic payments solutions within a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on architecture, cross-functional leadership, and deep knowledge of Java/Spring, Web3, and blockchain integration patterns.

Qualifications

5+ years leading technology teams.
5+ years OO design and programming experience.
5+ years of software design, architecture and integration patterns.
5+ years with Java and Spring, including patterns like SAGA.
Experience using System Reliability Engineering for high-availability services.
Experience delivering software in AI-assisted, fast-paced environments.
5+ years Web3/DeFi delivery with blockchain concepts and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

Drive program success through product strategy, technical design and roadmap development.
Influence key decision makers for the product roadmap.
Manage Change and Run the Bank activities.
Establish and manage Production Operations for the team: define and implement processes for stable, secure operations.
Drive new capabilities and technologies to drive innovation.
Collaborate to advance technical and delivery skills within the team.
Improve customer experience via product improvements and enhancements.
