Job summary

Apexon is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead banking and fintech integration initiatives, including insured deposit products, merchant savings solutions, and payment integrations. This role requires hands-on delivery leadership beyond traditional status reporting.

You will drive complex cross-functional programs, coordinate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Compliance, vendors, and external partners, and ensure regulatory compliance and production

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering large-scale technology programs.
• 5+ years in banking, financial services, fintech, cash management, or payments.
• Proven experience with end-to-end API integrations and enterprise technology delivery.
• Strong understanding of core banking, payment processing, money movement, and financial data integration.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and distributed systems; AWS experience preferred.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in regulated environments.
• Experience with cash management, digital assets, and stablecoins.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead strategic banking and fintech integration initiatives, including insured deposit products, merchant savings solutions, payment integrations, and digital asset-related capabilities.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial services expertise with technical integration knowledge and hands-on delivery leadership. This is not a traditional project management role focused solely on status reporting; we need someone who can drive complex technical programs from initiation through production deployment.
