Job summary

TD Securities is seeking a Project Manager to drive delivery of the Payment Platform initiatives. You will partner with business stakeholders and development teams to define priorities, manage the backlog, and ensure timely, value-driven releases that improve processes and user experience.

You will facilitate workshops, translate business needs into user stories, and oversee schedules, budgets, risks, and quality.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field.
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows skills.
• Clear project planning, organizing, communication, team motivation and delegation.
• Ability to apply PM skills to manage complex, strategic projects.
• Proven track record managing complex, multifunctional projects/programs.
• Experience in project management in one or more payment system domains.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate into user stories.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business/operations.
• Prioritize product backlog and maintain a clear development roadmap based on value and priorities.
• Determine project goals, timelines, costs and resources required.
• Generate a detailed project plan with schedule mapping and tracking.
• Provide direction and coaching on project tasks.
• Communicate requirements to Technology/Development teams and ensure project execution.
• Identify opportunities and develop a roadmap with internal teams.
• Develop and implement processes; keep documentation organized; manage team to execute plans and adapt as needed.
• Ensure stages progress on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage risks and mitigate delays.
• Communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and support leadership communications.
