Stantec in Canada is seeking a Senior Team Lead for the Site Investigation and Remediation team in the Prairies and Territories. You will report to the BC Operations Leader and oversee SIR Team Leads with a focus on resource planning, recruitment, and staff development.

The role blends technical leadership (50% hands-on) with strategic management, driving new initiatives, preparing proposals, ensuring deadlines, and maintaining strong client relationships across AB, SK, MB, and NT.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in environmental field.
• Professional designation recognized in AB/SK/MB/NWT.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SIR team and coordinate with ES teams.
• Develop proposals and submissions for client projects.
• Provide guidance as SME or discipline lead.
• Monitor and optimize team utilization and resource planning.
• Recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
• Lead SIR team meetings and provide feedback.
• Support safety training and compliance.
