Job summary

Stantec is seeking Team Leaders to lead our Site Investigation and Remediation (SIR) and EHSC teams in Atlantic Canada. You’ll combine people leadership, project management, and technical excellence to drive team success and deliver complex environmental projects.

Location flexibility includes Charlottetown, Moncton, Saint John, or Fredericton. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Environmental Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of consulting or related experience in Site Investigation and Remediation and/or EHSC.
• Proven experience managing environmental projects and teams.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks, HSSE, and QA/QC processes.
• Typical office environment with field exposure to elements.

Responsibilities

• Align resources and provide technical support for project backlog and business development opportunities.
• Coach, recruit, and lead performance improvements for direct reports.
• Lead annual performance reviews following company policy.
• Contribute technical expertise to environmental projects and client relations.
• Support project planning, execution, and financial metrics.
