Job summary

Nesto Group is seeking a Team Lead, Commercial Servicing to manage and develop a high-performing servicing team across Vancouver, BC and Montréal, QC. The role focuses on post-funding servicing, performance coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure top-tier service.

Ideal candidates bring a university degree in Business/Finance/Real Estate/Accounting/Insurance, and a minimum of 3 years in Mortgage/Lending with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business/Finance/Real Estate/Accounting/Insurance.
• Professional designation such as CFA is an asset.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mortgage/Lending Specialist.
• Experience managing a team of direct reports.
• Advanced MS Office and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead training, performance management and development of direct reports.
• Oversee day-to-day servicing operations and workload management.
• Conduct process verifications and drive quality improvements.
• Coordinate departmental responsibilities and cross-functional projects.
• Manage external client relationships and coordinate with Origination, Credit, Servicing and Finance.
• Ensure data integrity across internal platforms and improve templates/reports.
