CMLS Financial is seeking a Team Lead, Commercial Servicing in Montreal to guide a post-funding servicing team. You’ll mentor staff, oversee weekly operations, and ensure quality across investor reporting, payments, and portfolio management.

The role focuses on driving continuous improvement, coaching direct reports, and aligning servicing activities with strategic goals. Strong MS Excel skills and a background in finance are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business/Finance (or related field).
• Experience leading a team and conducting performance reviews.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Commercial Servicing team, including onboarding new members.
• Provide coaching, feedback and performance discussions.
• Manage quarterly and annual reviews and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve high-complexity loan servicing issues.
• Promote process improvements and data integrity across servicing functions.
