Qualifications

Senior-level, hands-on full-stack with deep expertise in at least one core stack.
Proven mentorship, code review, and design contribution experience.
Experience leading or coordinating delivery within a squad; strong communication.
Fluency with AI-assisted development and governance of AI-generated code.

Responsibilities

Technical delivery: stay involved in code reviews, architecture, development, QA, and production support.
Mentorship: provide direct technical mentorship and stay current on industry trends.
Ownership: own a specific system or feature area and maintain development process health.
Vision & communication: explain complex topics, write clear documentation, collaborate with stakeholders.
People & culture: build an engaged team, manage performance reviews, hiring and development with P&C.
Governance: ensure policy adherence and drive squad-level process improvements.
