Job summary

Desjardins in Montreal seeks a strategic opportunities lead to evaluate partnerships, advise members and clients, and drive retention and profitability. You will monitor industry trends, negotiate terms, and represent the unit before senior management.

You will leverage taxation expertise and strong interpersonal skills to advance strategic initiatives, build networks, and ensure high satisfaction across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; six years of relevant experience preferred.
• Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Expertise in Taxation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and act on business and partnership opportunities to boost the organization’s development and profitability.
• Advise members, clients and stakeholders to help them position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic initiatives.
