Newfoundland Power is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to support financial reporting, accounting and taxation functions within the Finance team. The role covers monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities across corporate income tax and GST/HST filings.
The ideal candidate has a degree in Business/Commerce/Finance, CPA designation, and 3–5 years of experience in corporate taxation or tax accounting, with strong Excel and communication skills.

As a valued member of the Finance team, the Senior Tax Analyst supports the Company's financial reporting, accounting and taxation functions. This role contributes to monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting processes, account reconciliations, technical accounting and taxation analyses, and compliance activities. The successful candidate will work with internal and external stakeholders to support financial reporting and taxation compliance requirements while providing financial and taxation expertise across the organization.
