Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an accomplished senior leader to design and drive talent management, enablement, and organizational transformation across a mid-sized technology business. You will shape enterprise-wide capabilities, partner with People Leaders, and implement AI-enabled talent workflows to unlock strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Talent Management, Talent Enablement, and Organizational Design within enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record of guiding sales and go-to-market organizations through complex methodology pivots.
• Deep expertise in architecting end-to-end talent frameworks, including competency modeling, career mobility, succession, and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to act as an arms-length internal consultant, build credibility, enable Business Partners, and create tailored functional outcomes.
• Mastery of transparent communication principles, including actively seeking to understand, facilitating creative conflict, and building deep trust across all levels during change.
• High business acumen and ability to balance immediate operational needs with long-term strategic transformation.
• Passion for continuous learning, openness to feedback, and focus on coaching and upskilling peers and junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Design, enable, manage, and measure talent enablement, talent management, and organizational transformation programs.
• Build enterprise-wide talent capabilities and architect transformation frameworks.
• Enable People Business Partners and business leaders to drive outcomes across business functions.
• Upskill and empower the People Business Partner function through enablement toolkits, talent diagnostic frameworks, and consultative methodologies.
• Design and deploy talent management strategies covering skills inventories and assessments, performance enablement, career pathways, succession planning, and internal mobility.
• Build leadership development tools and coaching frameworks for managers navigating organizational change.
• Translate business strategies into a function-specific talent enablement roadmap for a mid-sized technology company.
• Integrate Visier and AI solutions into repeatable talent workflows and support AI-first operating principles.
• Establish metrics for talent readiness, leadership effectiveness, and adoption rates to measure and sustain business results.
