National Bank is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to shape recruitment strategy for Canada. You will partner with managers to identify top talent and guide them and candidates through the process.

Based in downtown Montreal, you will lead strategic initiatives, contribute to end-to-end recruitment, and promote an inclusive candidate experience while supporting the bank's values and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree completed with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills: leadership, influence, negotiation, rigor, creativity and innovation.
• Ability to work in synergy with team and partners, and to challenge the status quo.

Prerequisites

• Bachelor’s degree completed with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in advisory roles with management in large companies
• Strong interpersonal skills: Demonstrated leadership, ability to influence and negotiate, rigour, creativity and innovation skills
• Ability to work in synergy with the team and partners
• Ability to question the status quo
