Job summary

Workleap is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage the full recruitment cycle for key roles within software development, product, marketing, and design teams. This role requires strong collaboration with hiring managers, strategic sourcing, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. The advisor will also analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and contribute to tools and strategies to enhance the recruitment framework.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, including tech roles.
  • Combined agency and in-house recruiting experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.

So, what will your new role look like?

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle for several key roles, particularly within our software development, product, marketing, and design teams. You’ll act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, supporting them through every step of the process to identify, attract, and assess top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers by deeply understanding their needs, defining target profiles, and recommending the best recruitment approaches.
  • Develop and deploy proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent, especially for technical and product roles.
  • Lead the entire recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, interviews, coordination, feedback, and offer management.
  • Provide a smooth, professional candidate experience that aligns with our employer brand.
  • Analyze recruitment data (pipeline, time-to-fill, acceptance rates, etc.) to adjust approaches and improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with internal teams involved in the process, such as compensation, HRBPs, and the legal team.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment tools, processes, and practices.
  • Be accountable for the quality of hires while maintaining a steady pace to fill strategic roles.
  • Collaborate on various projects aimed at improving the candidate experience and/or recruitment process: tools, processes, employer branding, etc.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, including tech roles;
  • A background that combines both agency and in-house recruiting experience;
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a strong balance between quality and speed;
  • Deep understanding of software development roles and key profiles in a product-driven company (e.g., product management, design);
  • Strong ease and proven experience collaborating with hiring managers at various seniority levels and with varying levels of recruiting knowledge;
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills;
  • Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse or equivalent);
  • Comfortable working in both French and English, spoken and written;
  • Curiosity and practical experience using AI tools to enhance sourcing, productivity, or decision-making in recruitment.
