What will your typical day look like?

You will be part of a collaborative dynamic start-up team which strategizes, develops, and implements end-to-end Human Capital solutions. Within the teams, you'll play a critical role in shaping our HR vision and creating actionoriented plans aligned to project and people goals. You will be part of an inclusive team that loves, collaborating, taking on challenges, and exceeding expectations.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
• 2-5 years of work experience (ideally in a large matrix Organization).
• Design and produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations to support internaUexternal communications and executive briefings.
• Collaborate with leadership to create DEi strategies and programs that align with our businesses' goals and values.
• Strong understanding of Indigenous Workplace Inclusion or previous experience supporting DEi initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with a startup's goals, knowledge of how an HR project is run and implemented.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering commitments on time.
• Experience on project work e.g. running a workshop, assigning tasks and analyzing information.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a sense of leadership; ability to influence and create compelling business cases for leadership decision-making.
• Experience working with teams of varying sizes that work with tight deadlines and with a high standard quality of work.
• The ability to anticipate the short and long-term impact of decisions and take a broad approach to problem solving.
Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. R8dius is fair and competitive when it comes to the salaries of our people. We regularly benchmark across a variety of positions, industries, sectors, targets, and levels.
