Job summary

Dentalcorp Health Services LTD. is seeking a proactive recruitment professional to manage full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of dental practices, hiring hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative professionals.

You will build talent pipelines, run creative sourcing strategies, and collaborate with Practice and Regional Managers to meet hiring priorities. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential, with a focus on an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Full bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is considered an asset.
  • 3+ years of progressive recruitment experience in healthcare, retail, hospitality, agency recruitment, or another multi-site, high-volume environment.
  • Strong full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills are required.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, use recruitment systems and data, and deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Practice Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for an assigned portfolio, hiring Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and Practice Administrative professionals.
  • Candidate attraction & sourcing: Build pipelines and execute strategies to support regional priorities and operational needs.
  • Stakeholder partnership: Align with Practice Managers, Regional Managers, and Operations leaders on needs and market insights.
  • Recruitment excellence: Maintain high-quality processes from sourcing to offer, onboarding, and pre-employment activities.
  • Maintain accurate activity in Workday and continually improve candidate experience.
