Methanex Corporation is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst, Corporate Services, based in our Vancouver, BC office. The role partners with the IT BRM and stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that support business objectives and operating model needs.

The Senior Systems Analyst will oversee Workday application support, security design, data analysis, and project coordination across global initiatives. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business/Systems Analyst with global project experience.
• Minimum 3 years Workday configuration in HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent & Performance, Reporting.
• Experience with HR processes and aligning technology solutions with business goals and user needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and facilitate meetings/workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects using IT project management methodology with clear scope and deliverables.
• Partner with HR, Communications and other departments to understand business needs and support delivery of approved projects.
• Define integrations, reports and analytics; design solutions and test plans.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including processes, test scripts and user guides.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and manage vendor collaborations to ensure project success.
• Provide analytics and decision-support insights to enable informed decisions.
