Job summary

Marmon Technologies India Private Limited seeks a System Administrator L2/L3 to provide advanced IT support for end-user devices, servers and core infrastructure. The role requires 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in system administration and multi‑tier support to ensure operational stability and guidance to L1/L2 teams.

Responsibilities include patching, OS updates, Intune, Autopilot, Azure AD, DNS/DHCP, backup/restore, security monitoring, CIS Benchmarks, and compliance audits.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on system administration and infrastructure management experience.
• Experience supporting end-user computing, servers, and core IT infrastructure in a multi-tier environment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to document and communicate complex technical information.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for hardware, software, and network issues (remote diagnostics, advanced configuration)
• Manage patching and OS/application updates; coordinate endpoint protection
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including security settings and workflow automation
• Maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers, backup/restore, and server security monitoring
• Lead post-incident reviews and guide L1/L2 teams
• Monitor system activity and ensure operational stability across global time zones
