Job summary

Breakfast Club of Canada is seeking a qualified Procurement and Logistics Lead to optimize the Club’s food supply and logistics. You will supervise three technicians, negotiate with suppliers and donors, and coordinate procurement to ensure continuity across Canada.

You will assess opportunities, track performance metrics, and drive cost-control initiatives while collaborating with Nutrition, Programs and Philanthropy teams. The hybrid role involves the Varennes warehouse and remote work.

Qualifications

• University degree in supply chain management, logistics, administration or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant experience, including at least two in team supervision.
• Experience negotiating agreements with suppliers or partners.
• Bilingual French and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Assess opportunities related to products, donations and partnerships.
• Manage national partnerships, agreements and negotiations with suppliers and partners.
• Coordinate procurement and ensure business continuity across internal teams.
• Improve procurement processes and track performance indicators.
• Lead the procurement team and represent the Club on committees.
