Job summary

Excelitas Technologies Corp. in Mississauga is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead demand planning, procurement strategies and supplier relationships across NPI and manufacturing. You will manage a team, negotiate with suppliers, drive cost reductions, improve inventory turns and align with Quality and Operations to meet customer requirements and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with QA and Ops to optimize supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical purchasing with people management.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business management or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record in supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand planning, supplier negotiations and purchasing across the organization.
• Oversee warehouse activities including inventory accuracy and freight negotiations.
• Develop purchasing policies and ensure alignment with Quality and regulatory requirements.
• Drive cost reductions and improve supplier delivery, quality and performance metrics.
