Qualifications

• Strong analytical capabilities across supply chain operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Experience spanning 5+ years in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply chain performance metrics, dashboards, and scorecards across Inventory, Warehousing, Transportation, Purchasing, and Customer Service.
• Establish KPI ownership, reporting standards, and data governance for accurate performance measurement.
• Analyze operational trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Support monthly business reviews through performance reporting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive automated reporting and self-service analytics to improve visibility and decision-making.
