Placements24 is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead our Kimberley distribution center. You will supervise daily warehouse activities, coordinate receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping, and drive productivity while maintaining high inventory accuracy.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead their distribution center team in Kimberley. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. You will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, optimizing operational workflows, and maintaining a safe working environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in warehouse management, excellent leadership capabilities, and a commitment to driving productivity and maintaining high standards of inventory control and customer service within the logistics hub of Kimberley.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity goals are met.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
