Wood is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer in Sarnia, Ontario for the Oil, Gas & New Energies sector. This hybrid role emphasizes in-office collaboration at least three days per week and delivering robust structural solutions for complex projects.

You will lead analysis, design and technical reporting, ensure compliance with CSA and NBC standards, and supervise a multidisciplinary team across Canadian and global offices.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed PEO Professional Engineer (Canada).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Oil & Gas structural experience.
• Strong understanding of structural design practices and codes (CSA S16, A23.3).
• Experience with SAP2000 and STAAD for analysis and design.

Responsabilités

• Execute structural engineering projects per client requirements and standards.
• Perform code-compliant structural analysis and design.
• Develop calculations, reports and design criteria.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver high-quality deliverables.
• Supervise and review work of other engineers and designers.
