• Strong command of engineering principles, design standards, and best practices.
• Proven ability to lead projects and solve complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to structural design.
• Demonstrated project management experience.

• Lead and execute complex structural engineering assignments with a high degree of autonomy.

• Mentor and guide team members through technical investigations and project execution.
