Worley is seeking a Principal Structural Engineer in Canada’s energy and infrastructure sectors to provide senior technical leadership on large, complex projects. You will act as the authority for structural design, ensure safety, quality, and compliance, and mentor engineers across multidisciplinary teams.

Based in Calgary, Alberta, you will shape delivery strategies, review design bases, and collaborate with clients, fabricators, and construction teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• P.Eng. designation in Canada (or eligible for registration).
• Extensive structural engineering experience in industrial, energy, mining, infrastructure, or heavy industrial projects.
• Experience delivering complex structural designs across full lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of steel, concrete design and structural analysis.

Aufgaben

• Provide senior technical leadership and SME for structural engineering on large, complex projects.
• Lead structural engineering activities with oversight on design deliverables.
• Review and approve structural calculations, foundations, steel and concrete designs.
• Ensure designs meet codes, standards, and client specs.
• Interface with clients, partners, and construction teams on technical matters.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to standards and best practices.
