Job summary

Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architectural Technology from an accredited institution.
- 10+ years of experience in structural analysis and design for commercial or institutional buildings.
- Proficiency with structural design and modeling software and knowledge of codes and industry practices.
Responsibilities
- Execute design and detailing of steel, concrete, timber, and composite building structures.
- Prepare and review structural drawings, calculations, and specifications.
- Lead coordination with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and authorities.
- Mentor junior staff and support budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to proposals and business development through technical input.
