Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering or Architectural Technology from an accredited institution.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in structural analysis and design of commercial or institutional buildings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills; mentoring staff.
Responsibilities
- Execute design for building structures including steel, concrete, timber, and composite systems.
- Prepare and review structural drawings, specifications, calculations, and documents.
- Conduct structural analysis to ensure safety and code compliance.
- Lead coordination with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and authorities.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and promote professional growth.
- Support project management tasks including budgeting and scheduling.
