The TELUS Business - Enterprise & Public Sector team is driven, goal-oriented, and highly engaged. Together, we deliver profitable growth within the Enterprise and Public Sector B2B customer segments.

Join TELUS as the Senior Strategy Manager - Enterprise and Public Sector Strategy Prime. In this high-visibility role, you'll lead the segments to new heights. You will be responsible for the Enterprise and Public Sector strategy, focusing on how, and with what, to drive value accretion, boost average revenue per customer, enhance profitability, and reduce churn, in order to win and sustain share in the Canadian B2B telecommunications market.

Reporting to the Director - Enterprise & Public Sector Base Management, you will transform complex data into compelling narratives that shape strategic direction and create short and long term value for the P&L. Success in this evolving role requires a blend of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, effective communication, and relationship management skills.

Qualifications

What you bring

  • Ability to define business problems, analyze complex data sets, develop balanced recommendations and create compelling narratives and storytelling for an executive audience
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Exceptional presentation skills with a focus on PowerPoint and Google Slides
  • Persuasive communication skills and clear articulation at all organizational levels.
  • Self-starter attitude, thriving in fast-paced environments with high levels of ambiguity
  • Comfortable with urgent adhoc requests and able to pivot and prioritize with speed and quality
  • Flexibility and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting urgent priorities
  • 5+ years of progressive and relevant work experience in a relevant field (data analytics, marketing, strategy, finance, or strategy consulting)
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written)

Great-to-haves

  • 3-5 years of experience in a management consulting or internal strategy capacity
  • Proficiency in French (verbal and written)
  • MBA or CPA is an asset, but not a requirement
  • Prior telecommunications expertise
  • Data analysis/visualization experience (Tableau, DOMO, SQL, etc.)
  • B2B experience would be an asset
