As a Senior Manager, Architect, Tech Strategy and Transformation, you’ll work within a team of problem solvers to address complex business issues from strategy through execution. Responsibilities include:

1. Act as an expert in enterprise architecture, cloud technology, data, and business architecture.
2. Communicate complex concepts effectively to technical teams and clients.
3. Facilitate the creation and evolution of architecture principles and standards, guiding development of secure, efficient AI solutions.
4. Lead and contribute to technology-enabled transformation programs.
5. Manage diverse teams and support their development.
6. Identify and solve client challenges through critical thinking.
7. Drive user-centered, agile project delivery.
8. Provide strategic guidance on project priorities and resource management.
9. Develop architecture roadmaps to steer project direction.
10. Handle multiple priorities across projects and contribute to practice and business development.
11. Communicate technical solutions to non-technical audiences, including senior executives.
12. Coach peers and lead practice development activities.

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve problems

• Extensive consulting experience in enterprise architecture, system integration, and patterns.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing cloud solutions, reviewing infrastructure, and identifying gaps in architecture.
• Knowledge of solution architecture, API lifecycle, systems design, and integration concepts such as Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Experience with migration strategies and modernization of legacy systems.
• Architecture modeling experience; certifications like TOGAF or cloud platform certifications are advantageous.
• Experience in developing digital strategies, advising on IT operating models, and creating product roadmaps.
• Interest in emerging technologies like IoT, blockchain, and automation.
• Strong communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Commitment to diversity, coaching, and inclusive team development.
• Relevant experience in consulting, industry, or public sector, especially in Telco, Retail, or Public Sector.
• Ability to guide project planning and resource allocation.
• Experience with various delivery methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
