We are currently seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and motivated Senior Strategy Manager to be an integral part of growing the Sales Performance and Culture within our Technician Field teams. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a transformational team that drives tangible business outcomes while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This team is reimagining what can be provided by a best-in-class and trusted technician team, and the sky’s the limit!

With your passion for meaningful change and expertise in taking products to market, you will set up our technician teams for success by ensuring they are well-informed about the latest product and pricing updates. Additionally, you will collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure technician needs are considered in our larger Go-To-Market strategies.

You’ll be empowered to transform how we engage with our support teams—changing communication, go-to-market strategies, and driving channel adoption. Through collaboration with marketing, system & channel support teams, and peer enablement teams, you’ll develop and project manage improvement plans for our technician teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and transform our Community approach within technician field teams to enhance service penetration, local customer engagement, while maintaining productivity and quality
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve sales processes and closing tools
  • Project manage a roadmap of enablement and improvement initiatives, providing requirements for development teams and coordinating rollouts with go-to-market teams and vendors
  • Analyze results and develop executive recommendations for leadership and stakeholders
  • Meet with stakeholders regularly to review successes and opportunities, and take action on identified gaps
  • Build and manage channel support needs to ensure impact given resource constraints and competitive landscape
Qualifications

What you bring

  • Ability to communicate insights from data effectively to senior audiences, known as a Storyteller
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining cross-functional relationships
  • Data analysis skills to prioritize and develop transformational programs influencing KPIs
  • Financial acumen, including assessing unit economics and developing business cases
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, proactive, with problem-solving skills, and able to work independently
  • Ownership mentality and proactive in addressing challenges
  • Willing and able to travel

Great-to-haves

  • University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or other quantitative discipline
  • 5+ years of consulting or program management experience
  • 3+ years supporting or enabling a consumer sales channel
  • Familiarity with TELUS products and solutions is an asset
