They are currently hiring a Community Development Manager to oversee key residential and mixed-use land development projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex initiatives from concept through to construction completion, collaborating with internal teams, consultants, and municipal authorities.
About the Role
As Community Development Manager, you will be responsible for the full cycle of land development activities—from planning and budgeting to securing approvals and delivering finished lots. You will work closely with consultants, engineers, and municipal partners to ensure projects stay on schedule, meet regulatory standards, and align with the company's strategic goals. This is a leadership role suited to someone with strong technical knowledge, proven project management experience, and the ability to drive collaboration across multiple disciplines.
