Walmart Canada is seeking a Senior Director, Associate Experience & Talent to lead strategy and execution across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Walmart Academy, Belonging, and Employment Practices. You will advise executives, leverage workforce insights, and shape programs to strengthen organizational capability and associate experience in Canada.

Qualifications

Proven track record delivering cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

Lead integrated Associate Experience and Talent portfolio across TA, learning, and belonging.
Set strategic direction for employment practices and policy alignment.
Advise executives on complex workforce risks with data-driven insights.
Champion belonging and inclusion to improve engagement and retention.
Drive localization of global programs for the Canadian market.
