Nova Scotia Power is seeking a senior Privacy Officer to lead and advance the enterprise privacy program within Corporate Legal. This permanent role involves strategic legal guidance, risk management, incident response and regulatory liaison across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a law degree with strong privacy law knowledge.
• Experience providing strategic legal advice on privacy matters.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to explain complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise privacy program and drive continuous improvement.
