We are currently seeking a Privacy Officer to join our Corporate Legal team in a permanent position. In this senior-level role, you will lead the development, implement and continuous improvement of Nova Scotia Power's enterprise privacy program. You will provide strategic legal advice, oversee compliance and risk-management activities, lead complex privacy assessments and investigations, and guide incident and breach-response efforts to safeguard personal information. Working closely with leaders and cross-functional teams, you will help embed practical privacy solutions across the organization while supporting business objectives.
