The Government of Alberta seeks a Senior Strategic Policy Analyst to lead policy initiatives shaping K-12 capital planning and educational real property management. You will report to the Manager, Strategic Initiatives and influence decisions affecting school infrastructure and budgets across Alberta.
Based in Edmonton, you will drive evidence-based policy options, engage diverse stakeholders, and deliver high-impact analyses that align with GoA priorities and capital planning cycles.

In this role, your work will directly influence how capital investments are planned, funded, and delivered. You will also shape how educational real property is managed, taking into consideration government’s mandate, the responsibilities of school authorities, and impacts to students, families, and communities across Alberta. Bachelor’s degree in political science, public policy, public administration or Education plus 4 years progressively responsible related experience in policy analysis and development or similar; or equivalent as described below.
