Job summary

Ridgeline is seeking a Solutions Consultant for Canada, based in Toronto or Vancouver with flexibility to cover other regions. You will drive pre-sales activity, deliver technical and functional product demonstrations, and become the Canadian product and solutions expert to accelerate adoption.

You’ll own the Canadian market, collaborate with sales, product, and implementation teams, travel 20–40% across Canada (and some U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in financial services, fintech deployment, sales engineering, or similar.
• 5+ years client-facing experience with enterprise tech in Asset/Wealth Management.
• Expertise in Canadian investment management regulatory and reporting requirements (CRM2/CRM3, NI 31-103).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and functional product demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Serve as a product expert for Canadian asset management stakeholders.
• Own the Canadian market as the lead Solutions Consultant for Toronto and Vancouver.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and implementation teams from pre-sales to deployment.
• Support cross-border deals with the U.S. team.
• Prepare RFP/RFI responses and create SOWs with internal teams.
• Travel 20–40% across Canada (occasional U.S. travel).
