Responsibilities

• Contribute to RFI and RFP responses for customer engagements.
• Share customer and partner feedback with internal product management and engineering teams to influence AWS features and roadmaps.
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge with the Solutions Architect community.
• Contribute to internal and customer-facing publications such as white papers and blogs to scale knowledge.
