Job summary

AWS Canada is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to act as a credible technical leader and strategic advisor, helping Independent Software Vendors architect cloud solutions that address complex business and technology challenges. You will partner with senior customer leaders, sales, and cross-functional AWS teams to influence long-term technology strategy and accelerate transformational cloud adoption.

Qualifications

5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
Deep technical expertise across cloud architecture, data & analytics, AI/ML, software development, security, networking.
Familiarity with microservices, serverless, and event-driven patterns.
Fluency in French and English for interactions with stakeholders in Canada.

Responsibilities

Design extensible, reusable cloud architectures for complex migration, modernization, and innovation challenges.
Build strategic relationships with senior client leaders to influence long-term technology strategy.
Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams and negotiate architectural trade-offs.
Develop and deliver technical content (workshops, prototypes, presentations) and speak at events.
