Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services seeks a Delivery Consultant in Toronto to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions aligned with customer goals. You’ll drive cloud adoption by guiding migrations, architectures, and best practices across projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience as technical specialist in design and architecture.
Experience in cloud-based solution AWS or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation.
3+ years designing and implementing NLP/NLU in contact center environments.
3+ years hands-on coding with REST APIs and web services and integration of multiple contact center platforms.

Responsibilities

Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
