Job summary

Intentsify, LLC in Canada is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own and evolve the platform behind our data processing pipeline. You will design, ship, and operate production systems with minimal supervision, building ETL pipelines for large-scale web, behavioral, and account data.

You will work in small autonomous teams, own infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability, and contribute to data correctness, testing, and code reviews.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience: ownership of production systems end to end.
• Strong Python skills in data-processing and service contexts.
• SQL and cloud data warehousing with data correctness in mind.
• Event-driven architecture on AWS with Docker/Kubernetes workloads.
• Experience with workflow orchestrators (Argo/Airflow/Dagster).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end processes: design, implement, test, deploy, monitor, and support.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines for large volumes of data.
• Own team infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability, consolidating older systems.
• Ensure data correctness and diagnose production issues independently.
• Make technical tradeoffs and perform substantive code reviews.
