Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent
• Five or more years of experience developing and implementing software applications
• Strong knowledge of software engineering practices (version control, CI/CD, automated testing, security)
• Ability to leverage AI in software development and integrate AI services into applications
• Experience designing and implementing AI-enabled features and AI service orchestration
• Familiarity with AI engineering lifecycle, data handling and risk mitigation
• Knowledge of programming tools, languages and industry standards
• Experience in planning and managing cross-functional projects within a 1-year horizon
• Understanding of university policies for software development and deployment
• Experience supervising project teams and junior resources
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and repair complex issues
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to users
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Analysis: lead analysis of client requirements for medium/large projects
