Overview

We are seeking recent graduates with strong analytical and mathematical skills to join our AI Development team. This role is designed for high-performing students from leading academic programs in Canada who are eager to begin their careers in Artificial Intelligence and software development. Candidates will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and integration of AI solutions using Python.
• Apply mathematical, statistical, and computational techniques to support data-driven problem solving.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-enabled applications.
• Support model prototyping, testing, and deployment into production environments.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and apply them to improve solution effectiveness.
• Integrate AI models into applications, including experience with Model Context Protocols (MCPs) and agentic AI frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline from a recognized Canadian university with a strong academic record.
• Majors: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics.
• Academic Achievement: Strong academic performance (minimum GPA 3.0; GPA 3.5+)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python programming.
• Preferred Experience: Exposure to AI integration, including Model Context Protocols (MCPs) and agentic AI.
• Core Strengths: Strong mathematical and analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn.
• Soft Skills: Ability to collaborate in a team environment and communicate technical concepts effectively.
