Job summary

Viral Nation seeks a Senior Creative Strategy Leader to ensure the quality and relevance of social-first creative output across priority client work. You’ll own end-to-end creative strategy integrity, guiding concepts and recommendations with platform-native thinking grounded in cultural insights and performance data.

In partnership with Strategy, BI, and cross-functional teams, you’ll translate insights into opportunities, elevate standards, and shape strategic narratives for client engagements

Qualifications

• 10+ years in creative strategy or related fields.
• Proven experience developing social-first strategies and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social platforms and creator ecosystems.
• Ability to translate trends into creative opportunities.
• Experience partnering with analytics teams to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven leadership guiding strategists or cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Collaboration across creative, strategy, media, client services, and production teams.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Equivalent professional experience in marketing/communications/business.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end quality of creative strategy output, ensuring strategic thinking informs every concept and deliverable.
• Serve as the final strategic pass on key deliverables with clarity and platform-native thinking.
• Drive development of social-first creative concepts, campaign ideas, and strategic recommendations.
• Partner with Strategy and BI to translate signals into clear opportunities.
• Lead and mentor the strategy pod, elevating output quality and rigor.
• Shape strategic narratives for new business and client engagements.
• Support and lead client presentations translating strategy into clear direction.
