Job summary

Coveo is seeking a Senior SOC Analyst to join a cloud-first security team. You will investigate incidents, improve detections, automate workflows, and evolve security operations. You’ll work with AI-powered tooling and support on-call incident handling across cloud, endpoint, and identity telemetry.

The role emphasizes ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement of security posture in a modern cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SOC or similar cybersecurity role.
• Strong incident response and threat investigation skills.
• Ability to explain security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Curiosity, ownership, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and respond to security events and incidents across cloud, endpoints, identities, and corporate environment.
• Design and tune detections, playbooks, and response processes to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Security Engineering, IT, and other teams to optimize tooling and posture.
• Participate in automation initiatives and explore AI agents to improve workflows.
• Onboard new log sources; maintain parsing and normalization; close visibility gaps.
