Job summary

League is hiring a Senior SecOps Engineer to scale security across the development lifecycle. You will own detection, response, tuning, and playbooks, coordinating with IT, Engineering, Legal, and other teams. We value cloud security, automation, and strong communication.

You should have 7+ years in cybersecurity with incident response focus, or 3+ years in security operations with SOAR automation. Experience in Python/Go and IaC is a plus. Remote-friendly with AI-aware workflows.

Qualifications

BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
7+ years in Cybersecurity with incident response focus or 3+ years in Security Operations with SOAR experience.
Strong knowledge of SIEM/EDR and cloud security principles.
Experience with scripting (Python/Go) and IaC (Terraform/Ansible).
Ability to lead incident response processes and coordinate cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

Security Monitoring and Incident Response: monitor events, lead response, develop incident playbooks.
Security Tooling and Automation: manage SIEM/EDR/SASE; build automation workflows.
Threat Management: research threats and develop detection rules.
Security Engineering and Architecture: design secure systems and controls.
