Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Ontario is seeking a Senior Manager, SIOP & Planning to lead a planning organization and drive end-to-end SIOP processes, master scheduling, and production planning. You will collaborate across departments to align demand with capacity and inventory targets while guiding continuous improvement and talent development.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in complex manufacturing, and credentials in planning and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline with extensive experience in planning and manufacturing.
• Graduate degree with substantial experience is preferred for senior leadership roles.
• Alternative: 16 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing planning organization (SIOP, Master Scheduling, Production Planning).
• Provide governance for end-to-end SIOP process including demand-supply alignment and scenarios.
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Demand, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
