Job summary

TEEMA Group in Montreal, Quebec is seeking a Senior ServiceNow SPM Consultant to lead discovery workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into actionable specifications.

You will advise on best practices for ServiceNow SPM across portfolio, project, and demand management, coordinate with stakeholders, and support change management and training efforts during implementation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Recent, solid experience with ServiceNow SPM.
• Strong understanding of portfolio, project, and demand management.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

• Workshop Facilitation:Plan, prepare, and lead discovery workshops for the SPM tool with key stakeholders.
• Requirements Gathering & Analysis:Gather, analyze, and document business needs and functional requirements. Translate user needs into clear functional specifications for the execution team.
• Advisory & Best Practices:Advise teams on ServiceNow SPM best practices across portfolio, project, and demand management. Ensure alignment between business processes and platform capabilities.
• Change Management & Support:Guide project managers in adopting processes supported by ServiceNow SPM. Contribute to training, change management, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Functional Coordination:Act as the main functional point of contact between business users, project managers, and the implementation team. Collaborate closely with technical teams during configuration and user acceptance testing (UAT).

What you must have:

• Experience:Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
• ServiceNow SPM Expertise:Recent, solid experience implementing or evolving the ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) module.
• Process Mastery:Excellent understanding of portfolio management, project management, demand, and prioritization processes.
• Facilitation & Communication:Proven experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and breaking down complex concepts for management.
• Influence & Stakeholder Engagement:Strong communication and interpersonal skills to challenge and support managers through organizational change.
