Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Power Engineering, or relevant technical discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in power generation, industrial energy systems, or related service operations.
• Proven experience leading service teams or field operations in generators, BESS, microgrids, or industrial electrical systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the Parts & Service team including technicians and support staff.
• Oversee service operations including installations, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and implement service strategies and quality standards to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Build strong customer relationships and serve as a senior point of contact for escalations.
• Ensure compliance with electrical, mechanical, and safety regulations.
