NTT DATA, Inc. in Canada is seeking a Lead Service/Experience Designer to join our remote team in Nova Scotia.

You will own end-to-end service design engagements with Fortune 500 clients, align stakeholders, and drive transformation by connecting business strategy with human experience. Collaboration with Visual and Product Design teams, mentoring junior designers, expanding client relationships, and developing the service design practice.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in business, design, engineering, or related field.
10+ years in strategy, product, or innovation consulting.
10+ years of business acumen: finance, market dynamics.
10+ years in business design toolset: BMC/Lean Canvas, TAM/SAM/SOM, service blueprinting.
10+ years with Agile, JTBD, Design Thinking, Lean Start-Up.
10+ years with analytics and storytelling: Excel, SQL, PPT, Miro, Figma.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end service design engagements with Fortune 500 clients.
Navigate complex organizational dynamics and align stakeholders across business units.
Manage project teams and contribute to the broader development of Launch's service design practice.
Lead service design initiatives in healthcare and government.
Craft proposals and respond to sales opportunities for service design.
Mentor junior designers and help elevate talent into service design roles.
Expand client relationships and contribute to business development through portfolio work.
